Walking Directions in Downtown Lancaster: The entrance to Markley Actuar
ial is located off the Pressroom Courtyard, accessed from West King Street between the Pressroom Restaurant and the bronze sculpture of a man on a bench. On the right side of the Courtyard, you will see signage for “Heyne Building, Steinman Hardware”. Enter the double glass doors and take the elevator to the 2nd floor.
From Route 30 East or West: Exit at Walnut Street and turn right at the bottom of the ramp. Please continue with directions below.
From Route 222 South: From the PA Turnpike, take 222 South about 15 miles. When Route 222 T’s into Route 30, take the Route 30 East ramp. Exit at Walnut Street and turn right at the bottom of the ramp. Please continue with directions below.
From Route 283 East: Coming into Lancaster, Route 283 and Route 30 merge. Exit at Walnut Street, and turn right at the bottom of the ramp. Please continue with directions below.

At the 9th red light, turn left onto Prince Street. Go 3 blocks, crossing Chestnut, Orange and King Streets.
After crossing King, look for the entrance to the Central Parking Garage on the left. The Garage has an East and West side. Park on the East side and exit the Garage at 3 East.
Walk across the alley into the Pressroom Courtyard, towards King Street. Before you get to King Street, you will see double glass doors on the left side. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor.
