Background
Cindy joined the firm in 1997 and has over 13 years experience with Business Operations. She brings with her a colorful background which includes teaching Special Education and working for a catering business. She serves Markley Actuarial by managing the human resource, finance, sales and administrative components of our business.
Areas of Specialty
- As Vice President of Business Operations, Cindy serves on our Leadership/Management Team to ensure that our organizational structure, Key Performance Measures and initiatives are consistent with our Strategic Plan.
- Leads our Technical Support Team which is responsible for supporting client services with accuracy and efficiency.
- Responsible for the Firm’s financial accounting and human resources. By creating a supportive environment for all staff, Markley Actuarial is valued as the place where top talent comes to work.
- Cindy oversees the marketing and sales initiatives for new clients and provides tools and resources to client managers for relationship development.
- Provides services to our clients with Section 125 and Welfare Plans.

- B. S. degrees in Elementary and Special Education from Millersville University
